Over a period of several days we were able to get things worked out and running. In the course of working with John I got the deep sense from him that he cares a great deal about his customers, and how they are treated, and the professional image that he tries hard to present; he wanted to demonstrate this through his web-site and I feel he has achieved his objective! I KNOW that people will immediately sense this from him when they contact him either in person, or over the phone.
