One of the more pleasant aspects of life is dealing with pros; no matter what the business.

Fortunately, you have one of those pros working for your firm. The pro that I am writing

about is John Wright.

 

In March of this year, John gave me a cold call to see if I was interested in selling our

home. As I told him over the phone, I thought that I would require the services of a good

Realtor but was unsure of exactly when those services would be required. Most salesman

may have passed on the opportunity, but John put me in for long term follow-up.

Religiously, he called on me every couple of weeks to see if he could be of service. For a

three month span, I told him that my plans were still up in the air. Not once did John

throw up his hands and quit. He kept calling until...yes, I did have a need for a Realtor.

 

I also told John that I would be interviewing several Realtors to see who could offer the

best plan for selling our home. I interviewed five Realtors. John won hands down.

John’s marketing approach, presentation, and ability to make me feel at ease were head

and shoulders above the other agents. I won’t dwell on their shortcomings except to say

that they all had one key problem: they didn’t know when to shut up.

 

Once we got started, John called or visited on a weekly basis to ensure that we were

completely satisfied. He even went as far as trimming our lawn when I injured my foot.

Finally, when I had to depart to start my new job, John assisted my wife with the final

selling and move preparations. I’m not sure if John told you this or not, but the buyers

were a “unique” couple to say the least. If it wasn’t for John, I’m fairly sure I may have

told those folks to take a walk. Through his patience, adept customer relations, and

willingness to go the extra yard, we were able to sell our house at the price we asked for.

 

Pete, the services that John provided exceeded our expectations.  From the very first

phone call to settlement, he treated us with royal gloves. Please pass along a sincere,

public thank you to John Wright for a job well done!

which we bought under the lease option plan.

 

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Wright and also to let you know what a

pleasure it was dealing with him. Mr. Wright did an excellent job for us as far as service

and the way in which he helped us to get into our home.

 

From the beginning Mr. Wright was most helpful, by helping us to obtain a refrigerator

for our home and he also used his time and his truck to pick it up and deliver it to us. He

also supplied us with the paint for the inside of the house and spray so we could paint

and exterminate before we moved in.

 

During the course of the 5 months which we lived there under the lease option before the

final papers were signed, we had to deal with Mr. Wright several times on different matters

regarding the house and the forthcoming mortgage. On all occasions he was very helpful

and offered any assistance we needed.

 

I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Wright or Code IV Properties to anyone who would

be planning to buy or sell a home, especially if they would be wanting to buy under a lease
